THE recruitment company Indeed gives one of the duties and responsibilities of a chief executive officer as “overseeing quality throughout the organisation”.
It would appear Mr Farrant has shot himself in the foot (‘BCP Council’s planning department “not very good”, says chief executive’, Daily Echo, June 19). If he is not responsible, who is?
