A RESPECTED businessman caught flashing at a teenage girl was wearing white stockings, suspenders and jazz shoes when he was arrested in Swanage.
Father-of-one Michael Willshire, managing director of an aluminium products company, also donned a blond wig and a camisole top before targeting his 16-year-old victim, but was wearing no underwear.
The 47-year-old admitted indecent exposure when he appeared at Bournemouth Crown Court yesterday. He admitted offences of theft and voyeurism at an earlier hearing.
Willshire, boss of Alform Extrusions at Holton Heath Trading Park, had "normal" clothes in his pink handbag when he was arrested on August 19 2006, an earlier court hearing was told.
His victim had phoned her dad, who rushed to the scene and detained him.
The girl told an earlier hearing: "I thought he was in fancy dress. He had a blond, curly wig, suspenders on, white jazz shoes, make-up and a really big grin on his face."
When arrested, he told police: "I'm glad I got caught really because I need help. For some reason I like dressing up as a woman - I don't know why. I sort of need to do it when I'm feeling a bit down."
The court was also told that a search of Willshire's home in Ash Close, Swanage, revealed an "enormous" number of items including wigs, a wizard's cape and fake breasts.
He will be sentenced on January 25.
