IF you've already tried yoga or pilates and want to combine the benefits of both (inner peace and well-being combined with flexibility, good posture, core strength and muscle tone) this one's for you.
Set in the stunning Byron Bay area of Australia, the programme enables you to either target different problem areas or, for a more strenuous workout, you can do the whole lot in one go.
There's also a gentle warm-up to start and a blissful relaxation segment at the end.
However, be warned - it's a lot more strenuous than it at first appears and if you have back problems or poor flexibility, like me, you could find this too much! Either start with a beginner's DVD or build up gently.
