SMUGGLERS Cove Adventure Golf has hosted its first wedding couple.
Tying the knot at Bournemouth Town Hall on Saturday (July 10), bride and groom Becki and Ricky Sherred chose to give their guests an unusual wedding day treat – a round of adventure mini-golf.
Becki said: “Bournemouth is one of our favourite places which is why we chose to have our wedding here.
"We wanted to do something really fun and unusual for our family and friends and the Smugglers team were amazing and looked after us so well.
"It was the perfect activity and certainly caused some family friendly rivalry on the day.”
Becki and Ricky received a surprise hamper which included a voucher for dinner and drinks at Marsham Court Hotel, a discounted stay at Bournemouth Beach Lodges, a Smugglers Cove inspired selfie-photo frame for pictures and their very own pink and green golf balls to match their wedding colours.
Guests also received their own gift bags filled with a selection of presents to remember the day including Dorset Tea plus a tea chest strainer, a discounted cream tea voucher for two at the Marsham Court Hotel and a Smugglers Cove golf voucher.
Smugglers Cove manager Yessica Falcon said: “It has been wonderful to be part of Becki and Ricky’s special day, helping them to create some fun that their friends and family will remember forever.
"We wish them every happiness for the future and hope that they’ll join us for a first anniversary re-match next year.”
Opened in July 2019, Smugglers Cove Adventure Golf is owned and operated by BCP Council.
