THIRTY-ONE schools across the BCP Council area have recorded Covid cases in the past week with many pupils and staff in self-isolation.
With infection rates increasing both locally and nationally, more and more children are being unable to continue their education in the classroom.
BCP Council continues to publish details on the schools across the conurbation which have recorded cases.
The local authority says it is working with Public Health Dorset and all educational settings to manage any coronavirus infections that occur.
The following is a list of schools which have recorded positive cases since Monday, July 12:

In the majority of schools listed, close contacts who are having to stay away from the site and stay at home for the self-isolation period.
However, in some settings, the number of cases means cohorts have had to switch to online learning from home.
At Twynham School, all Year 12 pupils are learning online. The situation is the same with Year 8 and Year 12 at Bournemouth School and Year 10 at St Aldhelm's Academy.
