COASTGUARD crews were called to a sinking vessel in Lymington Harbour.
Southbourne and Lymington Coastguard were both called to reports of a sinking vessel with five people on board on Sunday.
A spokesperson for Southbourne Coastguard said: “Tasked at 4.01pm by the joint rescue coordination centre to reports of a vessel sinking in Lymington Harbour with five persons on board.
“Tasked alongside Lymington Coastguard, RNLI Lymington Lifeboat and Hamble Lifeboat.
“While en route the stand down came through notifying us that we were no longer required as the situation was no longer a technical rescue.”
