Tuckton Tea Gardens to temporarily close just months after reopening
A POPULAR tea gardens has announced that it will temporarily close after “a number” of staff were told to self-isolate.
Tuckton Tea Gardens announced on Facebook: “Due to NHS Track and Trace, we have had to temporarily close our restaurant as we have a number of our team isolating.
“The garden hatch will remain open for takeaway between 9am and 5pm.
“Please bear with us during the busy periods as the team is now short staffed. Thank you.”
One customer commented: “What a pain in the backside, right at peak holiday time. Sorry for you guys.”
The venue sits alongside the River Stour and re-opened in May this year following several months of extensive refurbishment works.
