Snapshot of Bournemouth Central Railway Station as it was called back in 1907, the station was designed by William Jacob the chief engineer of the London and South Western Railway and opened in July 1885 and named Bournemouth East.
In 1899 the station was renamed Bournemouth Central Station and once again was renamed to Bournemouth in 1967.
