Also admits using towards a woman threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against her by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by him in Wimborne on June 4. THOMAS DAVID BROWN, aged 23 and of no fixed abode, admits using towards a man threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by him in Poole on April 19. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Restraining order made, which lasts until July 25, 2022. To pay £22 surcharge and £40 costs.
JACK ANTHONY COLIN KENT, aged 25 and of Bournemouth Road, Poole, admits damaging a window in Bournemouth belonging to a woman on February 25. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in an accredited programme for 42 days, complete up to 10 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and carry out 120 hours of unpaid work. Restraining order made, which lasts until July 25, 2022. Also admits using violence for the purpose of securing entry into a premises in Bournemouth, knowing that there was someone present on those premises who was opposed to the said entry on February 25. Community order made. To pay £75 compensation, £95 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits having 8.9 grams of cannabis at Weymouth Police Station on February 26. Community order made. Cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of six months imposed on September 30, 2020, for an offence of possession of a class B drug. Community order made.
