NETTLESHIP Sawyer has let the ground floor of Forelle House at Marshes End, Poole, totalling more than 4,000 sq ft.

The Department for Communities and Local Government has taken a 10-year lease at a rent of £13 per sq ft.

Marshes End is a modern development of linked two storey office buildings near the A35 on the outskirts of Poole.

The ground floor comprises 4,060 sq ft of open plan office accommodation currently arranged in two suites of 1,920 sq ft and 2,140 sq ft.

It comes with 20 car parking spaces plus visitors' parking.
