A YOUNG man has appeared in court for driving a motorbike off road on a Dorset nature reserve.
Kieran Harry Evans, 18 and of Haskells Road, Poole, appeared before magistrates sitting in Poole on August 3 in relation to the incident at Bourne Valley Nature Reserve in March.
Evans pleaded guilty to offences of using an AJS Modena 125cc motorcycle without insurance and driving the motor vehicle without authority on common land which did not form part of the road between March 13 and March 17.
The bench issued a nine-month conditional discharge and endorsed the defendant’s driving licence with six points.
He was also ordered to pay a £17 surcharge and £85 costs.
