JOSHUA THOMAS BAKER, aged 32 and of Garfield Avenue, Bournemouth, admits driving a Fiat Punto on the M3 in Fleet in February 26 while unfit to drive through drugs. Fined £120. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

ROBERT JASON WITT, aged 47 and of Cromwell Road, Devizes, admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Poole on May 19. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in an accredited programme for 42 days and carry out 100 hours of unpaid work. To pay £225 compensation, £95 surcharge and £85 costs.
