DOG breeder Johanna Price has been banned for life from keeping animals after the RSPCA found a filthy puppy factory in her Bournemouth home.
But the 71-year-old was only fined £100 because she was too ill to attend Bournemouth Magistrates. The case had already been adjourned several times and the dogs could not be rehomed until she was sentenced.
Price, from Shelley Road, Boscombe, was convicted of 15 counts of animal cruelty and one count of illegal dog breeding after 59 animals were found in her two bedroom house.
