ADAM JOHN LEIGHTON, aged 29 and of Castle Lane West, Bournemouth, admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Bournemouth on May 27. Committed to prison for six weeks, suspended for six months. Also admits commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 12 months imposed on May 7 for an offence of battery. No action taken on breach.
JOHN JAMES LYNCH, aged 40 and of Madeline Crescent, Poole, admits driving an Alfa Romeo Guilietta in Blandford Road, Hamworthy, on February 12 with not less than 10 micrograms of THC per litre of blood.
