A MOTORCYCLIST has been fined and had his vehicle seized after he was seen riding in "suspicious circumstances".
Police in Ringwood seized the motorbike yesterday after the rider was caught riding without insurance and was seen in what police have described as "suspicious circumstances".
The rider was issued with a £300 fine and six points were awarded to his licence. They will also have to pay a recovery cost of £150.
A spokesperson from Ringwood Police said: "It never pays to use roads illegally.
"If you know someone driving without a licence insurance or impaired they drink/drugs call us on 101 in confidence so we can make communities safer."
