Fined £20 and ordered to pay victim surcharge of £95. Disqualified from driving for 36 months.
TOBY DARREN KETTERINGHAM, aged 42 and of Westover Road, Bournemouth, admitted that on October 7, last year, at Asda, West Quay Road, Poole, committed fraud in that he dishonestly made a false representation, namely a fraudulent bank card transaction, intending to make a gain, namely £130 worth of scratch cards, for himself. Also admitted dishonestly making a false representation, namely a fraudulent bank card transaction, intending to make a gain, namely £15.94 worth of goods (two soft drinks, deodorant and cigarettes) at Asda, West Quay Road, Poole, on October 7, last year, for himself. Also admitted dishonestly making a false representation, namely a fraudulent bank card transaction, intending to make a gain, namely £32.50 worth of goods (two scratch cards and cigarettes) at Asda, West Quay Road, Poole, on October 7, last year, for himself.Also admitted that on March 20, 2021, at Co-op Food Store, Maderia Road, Bournemouth, stole 12 Red Bull drinks and four Ferrero Rocher trays to the value of £66.60. Also admitted that on April 1, 2021, at the Co-op Food Store, Maderia Rad, Bournemouth, stole five Cadbury Mini Egg bags and four Cadbury Mini Egg tins, to the value of £45.Admitted that on June 9, 2021, at Poole failed without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates' Court, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings. Also admitted commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order. Community order made with drug rehabilitation requirement and ordered to pay £45 compensation.
MATTHEW JAMES HARPER, aged 46 and of Noble Close, Bournemouth, admitted that on July 12, 2021, at St Michael's Road, Bournemouth, had in his possession a quantity of crack cocaine. Fined £60 and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge.

ALIX DEAKIN, aged 31 and of Chetnole Close, Poole, admitted that on March 25, 2020, kept a vehicle which was unlicensed. Fined £60 and ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £347.09 and £85 costs.
DAVID BEARDMORE, aged 66 and of Keysworth Road, Poole, admitted that on October 2, 2019, with intent to cause another harassment, alarm or distress used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour thereby causing that or another person harassment, alarm or distress and the offence was racially aggravated. Also admitted that on November 15, 2019, at WH Smiths, Bournemouth, assault by beating, and on November 15, 2019, at WH Smiths, Bournemouth, with intent to cause another harassment, alarm or distress, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour, thereby causing that person or another harassment, alarm or distress.
Sentenced to 23 weeks in prison, suspended for 12 months. Ordered to pay £100 compensation.
