POLICE, ambulance and the fire service were called to Christchurch following a collision on Fountain Way.
Fire crews from Christchurch attended the crash at 7.44pm yesterday evening involving one car and were required to remove the roof of the vehicle to free the driver.
Fountain Way was temporarily close on Septemebr 24 to allow emergency response vehicles access to the scene.
The casualty was then seen to by paramedics, as officers assisted the recovery vehicle in moving the vehicle.
A spokesman from Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “Firefighters from Christchurch Fire Station attended a road traffic collision involving one car.
“Fire crews removed the roof of the car to release one male casualty, who was left in the hands of the ambulance service.
“Police also attended and assisted with recovery of the vehicle.”
