CUTENESS overload – here are five of Dorset’s newest arrivals.
Happy and proud parents have shared pictures of their newborns and their birth stories with us which we are delighted to share.
Twins Amelia Rose and Isla Grace Pidgley were born on August 11 2021 to Annabel Pidgley.
Amelia and Isla weighed 6lb 7oz and 6lbs 3oz respectively.
Natasha McNeilly welcomed her “bundle of joy” Benji Quinnell on January 12 2021 at home.
She said: “It was a complete surprise to myself as I had planned to go into hospital. My baby boy was born at 8.48am to very happy parents.”
Mum Laura Rogers gave birth to children number five and six in the space of the year, with her latest, Ronnie, born earlier this year.
Her daughter Mazie Emma Christine Jenner was born on May 8 2020, weighing 7lbs 2oz.
Laura said: “I was induced on May 6, but as the labour ward was so busy, I had to wait to have my waters broken.”
Less than a year later, Laura welcomed Ronnie Paul Jenner, much to the excitement of siblings Ethan, Chloe, Liam, Janey and Mazie.
She said: “On June 30 2021 I had a scan and it was there they found out Ronnie’s growth had dropped. I had an urgent induction the following day.
“My waters were broken, and he was born at 3.46pm on July 1 with his cord around his neck, which is why his heart kept dropping the night before and during labour.”
