A NEW Suzuki car dealership is coming to Poole and is set to open during early January next year, creating 11 more jobs for the area.
Breeze Motor Group have announced the plans for the new site which is set to be located in West Quay Road at the former Jaguar showroom.
“We’re really excited to be adding to the Breeze family by bringing Suzuki back to Poole,” said Mark Langford, managing director of Breeze Motor Group.
He added: “We take great pride in our dedication to delivering excellent customer service, and Suzuki customers can be assured that this will carry through to the new business.”
The new outlet will offer a six-car showroom complete with a forecourt which will house 23 used cars, customer parking and a six-bay workshop.
A full refurbishment is already under way to give the showroom and workshop a make-over, having been out of use since 2019.
Breeze have provided an artist’s impression of what the new site is anticipated to look like when it opens in January 2022, located next to Hendy Performance Poole.
Steve Prew, network development manager for Suzuki, said: “We were looking for a partner with a long-standing, positive reputation amongst motorists, who could revive our presence in the area.
He added: “Having enjoyed success in the automotive retail sector for more than two decades, Breeze was the natural choice.”
Breeze Suzuki will provide customers across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole with a fully hybrid range for low emissions and affordability.
The new Suzuki site will join the Volkswagen, van centres, Coastal Car Sales and Bournemouth TPS Breeze outlets which are already part of the motor group’s presence in the BCP area.
Breezer Motoring Group is set to launch a new website in November which will include further information and updates regarding the new outlet in Poole, but for now people can stay updated via their social media channels.
