THE Body Coach, Joe Wicks, has been hailed as an inspiration by runners who joined him for an early-morning run on Bournemouth beach.
The 36-year-old was joined by hundreds of people at 7am outside Harry Ramsden's restaurant, where he delivered a short speech before heading off on a 5k run towards Boscombe.
Before the run got underway, Joe told the runners that the event would take about 35 minutes at a “nice pace”.
