Community order revoked. To pay £60 costs. Committed to prison for 10 weeks, suspended for 12 months.
ADAM GEORGE SPICER, aged 27 and of Bedford Road South, Poole, admits driving a motor vehicle in Alderney Road, Poole, on May 9 with cocaine in excess of the specified limit in his blood. Fined £600. Also admits driving a motor vehicle in Alderney Road, Poole, on May 9 with benzoylecgonine, the main metabolite of cocaine, in excess of the specified limit in his blood. No separate penalty. CHRISTIAN KEITH PERRY, aged 49 and of no fixed abode, admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in that he failed to be of good behaviour and not behave in a way that undermines the rehabilitative purposes of the supervision period in that on October 8 he was witnessed to be verbally abusive, threatening and attempting to physically assault a Community Mental Health Nurse, on October 14 he was verbally abusive towards his probation officer on the telephone and on October 15 he was verbally abusive towards his probation officer when he attended Bournemouth Probation Office and was verbally abusive towards the Bournemouth Probation Office receptionist on the telephone. Committed to prison for 14 days.
ALEX ROY TAIT, aged 32 and of Dacombe Drive, Upton, found guilty of assaulting a man thereby occasioning him actual bodily harm in Poole on February 28. Committed to prison for five months, suspended for 18 months. Restraining order made, which lasts until April 26, 2023. To pay £500 compensation and £500 costs.
JOANNE ELLEN MILES, aged 51 and of Waterloo Road, Poole, admits driving a red Mini on the A350 between Poole and Shaftesbury on July 10 with 80 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £200. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 17 months.
