SOUTH Coast Makers are launching an extra-special festive pop-up market that will take over the entire first floor of Bobby’s department store this Christmas.
The market features more than 50 different businesses and will run for five weeks from Friday, November 19 until Christmas Eve, Friday, December 24.
Described as a one of a kind shopping experience, the first floor of Bobby’s will be taken over and feature a cafe and bar overlooking The Square in Bournemouth.
There will be late night shopping and workshops, including a range of craft workshops and two retro inspired evenings on November 26 and December 17.

A spokesperson for South Coast Makers Market said: “We are working around the clock right now to turn the entire first floor of Bobby’s department store into our dream Makers studio and shop.
“We have a hugely talented creative crew of 50 brilliant brands moving their entire studio to Bournemouth Square for Christmas.
“You will be able to see creativity in action, watch the designing + making that goes into handmade work whilst grabbing a snack, lunch, coffee, local brewed beer, gin or cider and chat to Makers in a chilled environment.”
The new pop-up market at Bobby’s will be open six days a week and will run for five weeks from Friday, November 19 to Friday, December 24.
There will also be a range of craft workshops and free children’s activities taking place during the five weeks at Bobby’s.
