IS cold weather on the cards as we head deeper into December?
After a dry and settled weekend of weather, this week we will see some rain and strong winds.
According to the Met Office forecast, we will also see heavy rain for most of the day on Tuesday.
Between Wednesday and Friday, conditions will be drier with a chance of some sunny spells on Thursday.

Tuesday, December 7: 10°C / heavy rain throughout the day with partly cloudy conditions in the evening
Wednesday, December 8: 8°C / partly cloudy during the day
Thursday, December 9: 9°C / clear changing to cloudy in the afternoon
Friday, December 10: 8°C/ Cloudy throughout the day
Saturday, December 11: 12°C / Light rain changing to overcast by lunchtime
