A POOLE man is hosting a charity Christmas display at his home to raise money for Amelia's Rainbow.

Nick West has Christmas lights and a sleigh outside his house in Morrison Avenue for families to enjoy in the run up to Christmas.

He will also be hosting an event on December 18 with Santa and his elf, where they will be giving out free mince pies and chocolate.

Mr West said: "Christmas is an important time for families and our family wants to bring cheer to the neighbourhood with our annual lights and sleigh.

"We are hoping you will donate to Amelia's Rainbow as they have supported our family and continue to help hundreds of children with disabilities or serious illness like cancer or heart conditions.

"Come and visit , have a photo in the sleigh and donate to help others this Christmas. Thank you."

Throughout December Mr West is inviting families to visit the house at 3 Morrison Avenue, Poole BH12 4AD to see the Christmas lights and have their photos taken in the sleigh.

If you would like to take photos, just knock on the door and any donations are welcome through their donations bucket at the address or their just giving page https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/Nick-West8?fbclid=IwAR0deCYFRDvthr48c5tIOKz6IRJxjWL19LFr7zOA9IAUubzbE_H5MWmC8zQ
