DREAMING of a millionaire lifestyle?
Those with cash to splash should look for property in Poole as the area boasts no less than eight out of 10 of the south west’s most expensive streets.
Research carried out by Halifax shows the most expensive streets in Poole – and house hunters with their sights set on living in them will need at least £2.3m.
Pearce Avenue in Lilliput came out on top where the average property will set buyers back a cool £3,478,000.
It’s also been revealed as one of the most expensive streets in the whole of the country.
Average prices are based on transactions between 2016 and 2021, using Land Registry figures.
The very desirable Panorama Road in Sandbanks is the second priciest street in the region with an average property price of £3,002,000.
Meanwhile, Wilderton Road in Branksome Park and Whitecliff Road in Whitecliff came joint fourth with homes costing £2,528,000.
