WALK-IN Covid-19 vaccination sessions will be taking place in Blandford in the days after Christmas.
Across Dorset the Covid-19 vaccination programme has ramped up delivery to offer local people their booster jabs or their initial vaccinations if they haven’t yet had them.
So far over 380,000 booster jabs have been delivered.
Sessions in Blandford will run at Whitecliff Surgery, on December 29 December 30 between 8.30am and 5.30pm, with jabs delivered on a first come first served basis to those aged over 18 who are eligible. No appointment is needed.
Please check your eligibility before attending.
There are over 30 sites delivering vaccinations in Dorset so anyone who is unable to attend the walk-in sessions is encouraged to book an appointment or attend an alternative walk-in site at the earliest opportunity.
You can either wait for your GP practice to contact you or book via the national booking service (NBS) to get your jab or booster at a larger centre or pharmacy.
Alternatively search online for Grab a Jab to find local walk-in sessions.
