A PERSON fled from police with a suitcase full of stolen items from a town centre shop.
Police were alerted to the offender in Bournemouth on Monday.
A spokesperson for Bournemouth Police said: “PCSO Harold was alerted to a theft of a suitcase full of stolen items by a member of staff from one of our Town Centre Shops today.
“The offender took off on foot. PCSO Harold was able to pursue him on his bike causing the offender to drop the suitcase and his phone.
“The suitcase and items have been returned to the shop and the phone will be used in identifying the offender.
“Please continue to report anything suspicious to your NPT team.”
