THREE vehicles have been caught without insurance in Bournemouth.
A BMW, Smart Car and van were all found to be uninsured when stopped by members of a Dorset Police No Excuse team.
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said: "Some elements of the Highway Code have changed, but law still requires you to have insurance."
The BMW was stopped in Cecil Road and police said the driver "simply hadn't got his administration in order". A fixed penalty was issued to the motorist.

The driver of the Smart Car is said to be known to police. They were reported to court and could face disqualification.
And the van driver from Berkshire thought he was insured, but had only got a quote, not a policy. As a result he was issued with a fixed penalty.
