A MAN has been taken to hospital after a car overturned in rural Dorset.
The single-vehicle crash happened in Parsonage Hill at Gussage St Michael at around 12pm on Thursday, February 3.
Police, fire and the ambulance service attended the scene.
The driver had managed to free himself from the vehicle with firefighters providing care to the casualty and making the scene safe.
Fire crews from Cranborne and Verwood attended before leaving the incident at 1pm.
The road was closed while the vehicle was recovered.
The road reopened at around 2pm.
