HUNDREDS of homes are without power due to an electrical fault in Bournemouth.
The power cut is affecting 165 postcodes in Boscombe, Kings Park, Pokesdown and the surrounding areas (BH5, BH6 and BH7).
Power went out at 6.57pm and is expected to be back on by 10pm.
A spokesperson for SSEN - Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks - said: "
“We are experiencing fault in the Boscombe Down, Kings Park and Pokesdown areas this evening which is currently affecting around 607 customers.
“Our engineers are on site and working to restore supplies as quickly and as a safely as possible. We would like to apologise for interruption to their electricity supply and thank them for their patience.”
SSEN have apologised in a post on Twitter and said engineers were en-route.
