WILKO has said it is “committed” to customers of one of its Dorset branches after concerns were raised over the number of items on the shelves.
Some concerned customers had taken to social media about the amount of stock available at the branch in Victoria Road in Ferndown.
The Daily Echo contacted Wilko for a comment.
A spokesperson said: “Like all retailers we can sometimes experience supply issues with some lines but we’re pulling together as a team to help prevent this.
“We’re committed to our loyal customers in Ferndown and look forward to welcoming shoppers to our Victoria Road store now and into the future.”

It comes after the Wilko store in Bournemouth town centre closed its doors for the final time over the weekend.
The branch in Richmond Gardens Shopping Centre shut on Saturday, February 12, after the chain said it had struggled to come to ‘more agreeable’ lease terms with the landlord.
Customers expressed their shock and disappointment over the closure.
Wilko has stores in Poole’s Dolphin Shopping Centre, Winton and at the Sovereign Centre in Boscombe.
