A MAN has appeared in court after opening the door of a vehicle as to injure or endanger a person.
Ozgur Eresen, aged 30, was charged with the offence in relation to an incident in Charminster Road, Bournemouth, on July 26, 2021.
Appearing at Weymouth Magistrates' Court on February 8, Eresen, whose address was given as Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, pleaded guilty to opening the door of a BMW so as to injure or endanger a person.
The defendant was handed a £249 fine and ordered to pay a £34 surcharge and £110 costs.
