Southbourne Coastguard at Boscombe Pier
A PERSON had to be rescued from the sea at Boscombe last night while Storm Eunice raged.
Southbourne Coastguard report they were tasked at 10.07pm on Friday, February 18, to assist a person who had been pulled from the sea at Boscombe Pier.
Once on scene and while searching the area, information came through via the joint rescue coordination centre that the casualty had already been taken to hospital.
The coastguard team were then stood down.
