Who is behind it?
The people behind the ice rink in Bournemouth's Lower Gardens are organising the event.
Simon Smith, co-organiser, said: “We have enjoyed growing and developing SKATE, the winter ice rink in the Lower Gardens and have been in talks with BCP council to achieve our vision for a summer event.
"We are delighted that in 2022, after two difficult years for hospitality, we are able to bring an event that we know music lovers, both local to the area and tourists, will enjoy.
"There is a lot of work to do ahead of the event in July but we are committed to making this a spectacular event.
"We hope that the people of Bournemouth will take the quality of the Line Up for our first show as a strong indication of our plans to make this event a big part of the Bournemouth event landscape for the future.”
Will it be on all day?
The acts will perform in the afternoon and evening and access to the site will be from each pier front, not the cliff top.
The event is on between 3pm-11pm each day.
