Seven freehold plots have been released at a luxury holiday home development near Crossways.
The plots are at Shepperd's View, a village at Silverlake, and overlook the largest lake at the development.
Prices start at £630,000 for a four-bedroom design, and from £1,265,000 for a larger five-bedroom design.
Owners will be able to commission their own eco-friendly holiday home.
Development company Habitat First Group says it has experienced 'incredible demand' for homes at Silverlake and expects these plots to sell quickly.
Homeowners in the Shepperd’s View development would have access to a communal jetty and access to canoes, kayaks and paddle boards. They can also explore the estate and surrounding heathland using the bikes available for hire, or pathways to explore by foot.
Established 25 years ago, Habitat First Group provides the opportunity to purchase the freehold plot of land and build an environmentally sustainable house by using one of their existing designs with a recommended build partner. This phase has plots available with the architectural designs the Dorset Barn, Water Garden and the Sun House.
Each property will be made eco-friendly and fitted with an Air Source Heat Pump, with optional extras such as EV chargers, solar panels, and batteries also available on request.
