RESIDENTS have been given a sneak peak of what a new high street Marks & Spencer foodhall will look like ahead of its opening next month.
M&S is using its new-look marketplace-feel foodhall design for the shop in Station Road, New Milton.
The foodhall is set to be one of the first in the country to have the new design, with in-store features including new fresh product displays full of fruit and veg and a large in-store bakery serving fresh bread and pastries throughout the day.
As well as an expanded frozen food section and dedicated wine shop, the plans include neon lighting displays and high-spec flooring and decoration throughout the store.
The shop will offer "Scan & Shop" via the M&S app as well as a number of checkouts.
Keith Lawrence, store manager at the new New Milton M&S Foodhall Store, said: “We’re really excited to be sharing a sneak peek of our new foodhall design.
"It’s been great to hear from local customers how excited they are about the development of the store and our team can’t wait until April when we can share everything the new foodhall has to offer.
"Whether it’s our fresh produce displays, our in-store bakery or dedicated M&S wine shop – we’ve got everything we need to deliver the very best of M&S food for our customers in New Milton, with a bigger range of M&S products than ever before.”
