DANIEL SIMON BOLTON, aged 33 and of Windermere Road, Bournemouth, admits using a motor vehicle in Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on January 7 without insurance. Fined £120. To pay £34 surcharge. Driving record endorsed with six points. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on February 7, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on January 7. Fined £40.

DANIEL JOHN PATRICK O'CONNELL, aged 41 and of The Spinney, New Milton, admits stealing items equating to the value of £51.09 belonging to Tesco Express in Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, on July 30, 2021. Fined £100. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs.

JAMES AARRON HIBBERD, aged 31 and of Clydebank Road, Portsmouth, admits having 0.8 grams of cannabis in West Lane, Melbury Abbas, Shaftesbury, on December 23, 2020. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £22 surcharge and £85 costs. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

JAMIE MICHAEL KEETS, aged 29 and of Brook Road, Camberley, admits being a relevant offender within the terms of section 80 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003, failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the notification requirements in that he failed to notify a change of address in Dorset between August 1, 2020, and July 25, 2021. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in a Sexual Accredited Programme for 25 days and take part in up to 30 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits being a relevant offender within the terms of section 80 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003, failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the notification requirements in that he failed to complete his annual notification between August 1, 2020, and July 25, 2021. Community order made.
JORDAN LEE MANNS, aged 24 and of Nightjar Close, Poole, admits with intent to cause PC Rowe harassment, alarm or distress using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour thereby causing that or another person harassment, alarm or distress in Night Jar Close, Poole, on September 11, 2021, and the offence was racially aggravated. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and carry out 60 hours of unpaid work. To pay £100 compensation and £85 costs. Also admits commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 12 months imposed on September 9, 2021, for an offence of drunk and disorderly. No action taken on breach.
NICOLE STEPANOVA, aged 27 and of Apsley Crescent, Poole, admits driving a motor vehicle in Horton Road, Ashley Heath, on October 20, 2020, with between 94 and 164 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. Fined £467. To pay £47 and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 14 months.
MAJED HABCHI, aged 40 and of Balston Terrace, West Street, Poole, found guilty of assaulting a woman by beating her in Poole on June 28, 2021. Community order made, whereby the defendant must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work. To pay £95 surcharge and £620 costs.
