A DRIVER was taken to hospital after a car smashed into a wall.
Officers were called to Longham on Wednesday evening and a road closure was put in place.
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said: “We were called at 6.27pm on Wednesday, March 23 to a report of a single vehicle collision on Ringwood Road near to The Kings Arms in Longham.
“It is reported that a vehicle was in collision with a wall. Officers attended with the fire and ambulance services.
“The road was closed between Bear Cross and Longham roundabouts. The driver of the car was taken to hospital by the ambulance service.
“The injuries were not believed to be serious. The road reopened at 8.55pm.”
