TWO people have been charged and will appear at court following a stabbing in Bournemouth town centre on Saturday.
As reported, a man and a woman sustained stab wounds in Holdenhurst Road.
Police received a report just after 12pm and arrested two people in connection with the incident.
Providing an update, a Dorset Police spokesperson said: “An 18-year-old man from Southampton and a 17-year-old boy were subsequently charged with wounding with intent and are due to appear at Poole Magistrates’ Court on Monday, April 4.
“The 17-year-old boy was also charged with possession of a knife blade/sharp pointed article in a public place.”
A property in Holdenhurst Road was taped off with armed officers at the scene on Saturday.
The injuries were not believed to be life-threatening.
