A TESCO security officer was assaulted after asking two “intoxicated” men to leave a Bournemouth shop.
Dorset Police received a report at around 7.45pm on Friday March 25 that a security officer at Tesco Metro in Bourne Avenue had been assaulted after asking two men, who were believed to be intoxicated, to leave the store.
The victim did not sustain any serious injuries.
Officers investigating the assault in Bournemouth have issued CCTV images of a man they would like to speak to.
Police Constable Oliver Lamb, of Dorset Police, said: “We are carrying out enquiries into this assault and have obtained CCTV images of a man we would like to speak to as part of our investigation.
“I would urge anyone with information as to his identity to please come forward.”
