PERRE RUSSELL WHEWELL, aged 31 and of Griffin Manor Way, Thamesmead, admits committing fraud in that he dishonestly made a false representation, namely cause loss to a woman or to expose that person to a risk of loss, intending to make a gain, namely purchase items to the value of £37.52 for himself. Discharged conditionally for two years. To pay £37.52 compensation.

MARTIN GATES, aged 31 and of St Paul’s Lane, Bournemouth, admits stealing various bottles of alcohol to the value of £103.50p from Waitrose in Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, on February 4, 2022. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £22.
