THESE were five of the most popular homes for sale in the Bournemouth area last month.
Property website Zoopla has revealed the most popular properties on the market in Bournemouth in March 2022.
And there was something for everyone from first homes to forever homes and even an investment opportunity.
1. Four-bed detached house in Stourvale Road
This four bedroom Victorian property offers 1256 sqft of accommodation, occupying a corner plot along a popular road in Southbourne.
Features include high ceilings, bay windows, off-road parking and rear garden.
Agents said it required "modernisation and improvement".
It was due to go up for public auction on Thursday, April 7.
2. One bedroom flat in St Michael's Road
This flat in the heart of Bournemouth town centre is listed at £89,000.
Situated on lower ground level, the flat comprises a reception room/kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
It is close to lots of amenities including shops, restaurants, bars and cinemas with the beach and prom just a short stroll away.
3. Two bedroom detached house in Redbreast Road, Moordown
This new build property with off road parking is priced at £325,000.

And now for something a little different.
