SHPUTI BILBILAJ, aged 34 and of Wollstonecraft Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a motor vehicle in Banks Road, Poole, on January 30 with seven micrograms of THC per litre of blood. Fined £150. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.
CALLUM LEIGH SHUREY, aged 31 and of Northbourne Avenue, Bournemouth, admits contacting a woman in Bournemouth on February 4, which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order made on April 26, 2021. Community order made, whereby the defendant must follow an overnight curfew for 12 weeks and take part in up to 30 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Bournemouth on February 4. Community order made. Also admits commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made on August 26, 2021, for an offence of failure to provide a specimen of breath for analysis. No action taken on breach.

BRENDON JAMES WHITE, aged 29 and of Insley Crescent, Corfe Mullen, aits driving an Audi S5 in Pinesprings Drive, Poole, on March 19 with 41 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £576. To pay £77 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 14 months. Also admits driving an Audi motor vehicle in Pinesprings Drive, Poole, on March 19 without a licence. Fined £196. Driving record endorsed. Also admits commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of two years, imposed on February 3, 2021, for an offence of Section 5 Public Order Act. No action taken on breach.
NEW FOREST
SCOTT LANGFIELD, aged 33 and of Bickerley Gardens, Ringwood, admits having a quantity of cannabis in Bournemouth on March 18. Fined £80. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.
