COASTGUARD rescue teams rushed to Rockley Point to two casualties who had encountered an issue with their vessel.
Poole Coastguard Rescue team were called to the Wareham Channel entrance at !2.21am on April 21.
A spokesperson said: “A RIB from Rockley Water Sport Centre had gone to the aid of the vessel and transported one casualty swiftly back ashore whilst RNLI Poole Lifeboat Station ILB recovered the vessel and the other casualty back to Rockley Point.
“Once casualties were assessed and the vessel made safe, we assisted the casualties with further transport arrangements, due to their point of departure being a different location.
“Once Joint Rescue Coordination Centre were content that the team had carried out all that they could, the team stood down with thanks and returned to the station.”
