A MAN has been handed a suspended sentence after he breached a court order for entering Greggs and Tesco.
Mitch George Michell has been subject to a strict criminal behaviour order since August last year.
This included a requirement for him not to enter any retail premises in Bournemouth town centre for a period of two years.
The 29-year-old was alleged to have entered Greggs in Commercial Road on February 21, Tesco in the Triangle on February 24 and Tesco in Bourne Avenue on February 27.
Appearing by live video link for a hearing at Poole Magistrates’ Court, Michell, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to the three breaches of the criminal behaviour order.
The bench committed him to prison for three months, suspended for 12 months.
