PAVEMENT parking down a residential street has been called “inconsiderate” by East Dorset Police officers.
Following reports of pavement parking in Corfe Mullen, Wimborne Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) officers say they dealt with offences as witnessed and reminded drivers to be considerate.
In a social media post about the find, a spokesperson said: “Following reports of inconsiderate parking in Corfe Mullen, NPT officers have been carrying out patrols and dealing with any offences witnessed. We would like to remind residents to be considerate when parking their vehicles and be mindful of others.”
Residents commenting on the post also had their say. One woman said: “Seriously winds me up. My late dad was in a wheelchair in his last years, and we came across this selfishness so often.”
