A POPULAR car boot sale is to return with a new location after more than five months of inactivity.
The Bournemouth Airport Car Boot Sale will reopen just outside the airport on Sunday, May 15, at the Chapel Gate Circuit in Parley.
After closing on December 12 last year, the car boot sale failed to return when originally planned due to “ground conditions” at the old site of Hurn Bridge Show Field.
However, despite nearly half a year of inactivity, organisers have announced the car boot’s return to the delight of its regular visitors.
The sale will take place every Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday, with the gates opening to sellers 11am. Cost to sellers using cars, trailers or vans is £7 each.
Buyers can arrive from 1pm to 4pm at a cost of £1 per vehicle.
Organisers added no dogs are allowed at the site and that they can be contacted on 07979 345914 or 07479 476809 for more information.
