AN ART and makers market returns to Bournemouth Lower Gardens in celebration of the Queen's Platinum Jubilee.
The Art and Makers Market will be held again from June 2 to June 5 between 10am and 5pm.
Next to Bournemouth’s brand-new bird aviary, the site was established over 60 years ago and is one of the largest, and longest running, open air art displays in the country.
The free event is run as not for profit by local creatives for creatives.
The Art and Makers Market has successfully been awarded a grant via the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) to cover a much overdue full refurbishment.
Even though the refurb is not quite complete, a jubilee pop-up four-day market has been organised and in conjunction with Picnic Park Deli many jubilee festivities are planned.
