OFFICERS in Bournemouth town centre dealt with several incidents of anti-social behaviour this week.
Police Community Support Officers (PCSOs) carried out early morning patrols in Old Christchurch Road following complaints by a number of residents regarding anti-social behaviour (ASB).
Having gathered evidence and received support from the ASB team at BCP Council and Community Safety Accredited Officer colleagues, a community protection warning was issued to a man who “has been causing issues” in the area.
A Bournemouth Police spokesperson said: “There are conditions with the warning that he must adhere to and we will continue to patrol the area.”
Several people were also dispersed by patrolling officers for causing ASB in the lower Asda car park just off Holdenhurst Road.
Meanwhile, a PCSO helped staff at a supported accommodation property with a resident having a mental health episode on Saturday (May 28) and also took an intoxicated man to another supported accommodation for his own safety.
