AN INVESTIGATION has been launched after a crash involving three vehicles at a junction in Bournemouth.
Police investigating the incident in Winton are appealing for witnesses or anyone with relevant dashcam footage to come forward.
At around 10.15pm on Sunday May 29 it was reported that officers in a marked police vehicle requested a white Volkswagen T-Roc to stop in Wimborne Road.
The Volkswagen reportedly failed to stop for police and was subsequently involved in a collision with a black Mitsubishi Colt and a yellow Citroen Berlingo near to the junction with Alma Road.
A Bournemouth woman aged in her 20s, was arrested on suspicion of driving offences and was taken to hospital as a precaution for treatment to injuries that were not believed to be serious.
The driver of the Mitsubishi, a man aged in his 30s, was also treated for minor injuries.
Police Constable Chris Brolan, of the traffic unit, said: “We are carrying out enquiries to establish the full circumstances of this incident and I would urge any witnesses to either the collision itself or the moments leading up to it, to please contact us.
“I would also like to hear from anyone who may have captured anything of relevance on dashcam footage.”
